gymnatics (sorry if this bores you)

Last night we had testing at gymnastics, so on bars we did fly aways ( back flip off the high bar), kips (not explaining), front hip circles, (you go all the way around the bar and back to front support without touching the ground), and 5 glide swings. On floor we did 2 backhand springs in a row. We never did those before so when I did it I found out that I could do them really well (sorry don't mean to brag). Then after that we did front flips on floor. They're really fun! The last 15min we did aerials!!!!! They are sooo hard! I hope that before the session ends I will be able to do an aerial.

Very awesomeness! You NEED to have mom videotape one of your sessions so I can see your skills!!
