Training weekend

This past weekend was soooo much fun. I went up early with Mrs. Karen, Alina, Lisa, Kimberly, Mike C., and Amanda.. Once everyone else got there I don't remember what we did. That night i played cards with Christina, Amanda, and Joey. haha buss driver..

Saturday we worked! My team was Mrs. Penny, Christina and Matanda (she was on another team but she worked with us.) We put up towel holders. Ok, you may think those are easy to put up but they are not easy at all.
When we finally put one of the screws and holder thingys up (it took at least a 1/2 hour) we were all so happy, and then we were like "Oh great, it's backwards" lol. It all worked out fine though. Matanda is the bomb with a drill!

The rest of matanda's team made shelves and while we were painting them I looked up at the hill and saw DJ getting into a big tube lookin thing at the top of a hill, and then he started rolling down the hill in it. So after we saw a lot of the guys do that I decided to name it (I don't know why but I did). I named the tube Jeff. Somehow the name stuck really well which is surprising, 'cause usually nothing I say sticks. So that was really fun. People should be putting up some pictures of Jeff pretty soon I think. It looks really scary, but when you are in Jeff it's actually really really really really fun! There was only a few injuries.... Some bigger than others, but other than that it's perfectly safe! I have a big bruise on my head from Jeff.
I can't wait for the missions trip. I like them 'cause it's good bonding time. The weekend was pretty good bonding time too. ttyl!
